Combining the former Learning Circle and Community Engagement, the Community Learning Coordinators are tasked with the main objective of providing students and community members with the opportunity to learn through collaboration in an engaging setting. The responsibilities of this role include determining the topic of events, finding potential guests or facilitators, and working to connect with Indigenous organizations in the Hamilton area and beyond. As well, these coordinators are to liaise with both Indigenous communities and community members and organizations to ensure that, throughout IHM initiatives, Indigenous voices are actively involved.
